Tonight Jon decided to make some cookies from scratch.
My husband is a wonderful cook. He really doesn't need recipes, like me - he can just come up with dishes on his own. However, baking is a different story. He claims to be a terrible baker, and since I have known him I think I have ever know him to bake one pie. So I think he was a little nervous when he took on this adventure.
We decided we wanted peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, so I found a recipe for him and he went to work.
Here he is cracking an egg into the butter, peanut butter and sugar mixture.
