Happy Mother's Day and birthday to my Mom and best friend.  I love you with all of my heart ♥

And even though I don't have a picture of me with my mother-in-law today, I am so thankful for another wonderful mom who treats me like her own.

While over at Martha Stewart's my Mom's house tonight, she made these adorable little nests made of chow mein noodles, melted butterscotch and candy eggs.  Adorable!

A Shiny New Lunchbox

I'm so excited to be the proud new owner of....

A beautiful, huge lunchbox! Pretty enough to be a purse!

My mom gave this to me today, and I absolutely love it! It makes me think of my wedding, what with the black and white, similar-to-damask (kind of) look. It has a lot of room, too. I packed my breakfast, lunch, and a snack or two into it, and it's only half full. It's like it's saying "Hey Katie, why not eat more?!" Why thank you, lunchbox, I think I will!
